The defilement case of a four-year-old student by a 46-year-old man has been ordered to be withdrawn from court for a proper investigation by Wale Abass, the Commissioner of Police in Delta State Command.
As the suspect was being paraded in Asaba on Saturday, DSP Bright Edafe, the command’s spokesman, said this on behalf of the CP.
In addition, Edafe revealed that the medical report confirmed that the victim’s private area had “no hymen visualised.” Despite the case being filed in court, CP Wale Abass ordered that the case be moved to the State Criminal and Investigation Department so that additional investigation could be conducted.
