Real Madrid have uncharacteristically been patient with Belgian and former Chelsea attacker, Eden Hazard. The Player has unarguably been one of the worst signing of Los Blancos in the last decade.
For this season, Hazard last played active club football back in September and has unsurprisingly spent more time on the sidelines than on the pitch. Persistent injuries and poor form have not been friendly to the Belgian.
Hazard also had an unsurprising poor 2022 World cup before immediately retiring from international football. Real Madrid’s patience have deservedly run out and they are set to ensure that the former Chelsea man finally leaves the Santiago Bernabau at the end of the current season.
It is unclear which team is willing to sign Hazard up but even if that is not yet known, one thing is certain, the Belgian attacker’s time at Real Madrid is over and Los Blancos will be hoping that they never make an expensive transfer mistake like that again.
