Traffic is congested for drivers heading from Berger inwards Mowe/Ibafo axis due to an accident involving a diesel-loaded tanker and a towing vehicle in the Magboro axis of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, which is directly opposite the Mountain of Fire Ministry.

When our journalist arrived at the accident site, it was clear that the tanker was spewing petrol onto the road while police were on the ground keeping out criminals who had gathered to scoop up the fuel. Additionally, it was noted that members of the Federal Road Safety Corps could be seen directing traffic.

According to a witness, the two vehicles’ crash was brought on by the slick road caused by rain.

We were facing the MFM when we noticed the accident, the man remarked. I believe the tanker attempted to evade a truck that passed it but slipped due to the rain, falling and striking this towing vehicle. The’motorboys’ of both vehicles, in my opinion, were hurt, and road safety personnel took them to the hospital.
