Brymo, a singer, framed his desire for sex in exchange for music from Simisola Kosoko, often known as Simi, as a “artistic pursuit.”
After admitting in a voice note that he posted on X (previously Twitter) that he requested a sexual relationship from Simi in lieu of a song collaboration, Brymo stirred uproar.
Simi’s husband, musician Adekunle Gold, took offense to this and admonished him to “stay away” from his wife and “stop disrespecting” his family.
Brymo defended his attempts toward the “Tiff” singer in a recent TVC interview by calling them “an artistic pursuit.”
