Marlian Records, according to music producer Solomon Oyeniyi, aka K-Solo, would suffer the consequences for reportedly intimidating the late singer Ilerioulwa Aloba, alias Mohbad, before he passed away.
K-Solo stated in an interview with Sunday Scoop, “I think Marlian Records will suffer consequences. Naira Marley overstayed her welcome in the nation. He ought to have returned to the country after the passing of someone he used to live with and have a close contact with.
When asked why he decided to take part in the effort to bring Mohbad’s case to justice, he responded, “I am one of the stewards in this music industry. Since I’ve been doing this job for more than 20 years, I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to give up, especially since I’m still active in the sector. I also became involved because, up until this point, many of these events occurred in the industry but few people were aware of them. Numerous artists have reported that record labels have abused them and prevented them from getting performances after they left the label. In this instance, there was a fatality. In regards to these issues, we must speak out.
