Yahaya Ododo, a former APC leader in the Ankpa Local Government Area, has resigned from the party and joined the Action Alliance with less than one month until the Kogi state governorship election. He has stated that his decision is based on the need to enshrine equity, fairness, and justice in the Governorship chronicles of the State.
Omale, a retired military officer, stated that Kogi State’s current administration ended there at Lugard House by chance and that Kogi-West should now produce the state’s future governor.
He asserts that only Otunba Braimoh, out of all the candidates running for governor, has a comprehensive platform that can help the state overcome the poverty that has plagued it for years.
