A vigilante group in Rivers State said that while robbing residents of Ikwerre Road in the Mile 1 axis of Diobu in Port Harcourt, its men captured a 14-year-old boy who was carrying a gun.
The kid (name withheld), according to the neighborhood watch group Diobu Security Services, allegedly led a trio of criminals during the operation on Sunday night.
On Tuesday in Port Harcourt, Prince Amatari, the commander of the Diobu Security Service, revealed this to reporters.
Amatari said that the boy’s arrest came as a result of a distress call made by locals to the vigilante that some miscreants were robbing them along Ikwerre Street of money and other valuables when Emenike and his guys swooped on them.
