Italian legend Francesco Totti’s father Enzo passed away after contracting Coronavirus.
Enzo who supported the football career of his son and who made sure that his dream of becoming a great footballer was fulfilled died on Monday, October 12 at Lazzaro Spallanzani Hospital.
Totti former club AS Roma took to their Twitter handle to sympathize with the 2006 FIFA World Cup winner.
Rest in peace, Enzo
The club would like to send its deepest condolences to his wife Fiorella, sons Francesco and Riccardo, and the entire @Totti family.

Enzo and his wife, Fiorella, had two sons, Riccardo and Francesco, and he was often present at both the stadium and the Giallorossi’s training facilities throughout Er Pupone’s career in the Italian capital.
