David Moyes has been given the green light to revamp West Ham’s scouting and recuitment network, reports Football Insider.
Moyes is on the brink of signing a new three-year contract at the Hammers and one of conditions he insisted on was increasing the club’s recruitment team, including the appointment of a new director of football.
The former Everton boss was able negotiate from a position of strength having led the West Ham to a sixth place finish in the Premier League last season.
