NBA Playoffs: Nikola Jokic’s Incredible Double-Double Helps Denver Nuggets Bounce Back In Game 2 Against The Los Angeles Clippers

The Denver Nuggets on Saturday night defeated the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals, the game ended 110 – 101 witnessed an incredible performance from Nikola Jokic who had 26 PTS, 18 REB, 4 AST and 3 BLKS, Jamal Murray on the other hand led the Nuggets in scoring by adding 27 PTS, 3 REB, 6 AST and 2 STLS.

Paul Millsap and Gary Haris also scored 13 PTS each for the Nuggets while Micheal Porter jr. scored 11 PTS to give the Nuggets the win.

Kawhi Leonard who had a rough night offensively but was sure to make efforts in other aspects of the game finished with 13 PTS, 10 REB, 8 AST, 3 STLS and 1 BLKS, Paul George led the Clippers in scoring by adding 22 PTS, 7 REB, 3 AST, 2 STLS and 2 BLKS.

Ivica Zubac who was 1 REB shy of a double-double had 15 PTS and 9 REB while Lou Williams finished with 13 PTS, 4 REB, 7 AST and 1 BLKS but all wasn’t enough to defeat the Nuggets who were determined to even the series. All hope isn’t lost for the Clippers as Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals will hold on Monday 7th September 2020.
