A man has narrated how a Nigerian living in Italy was arrested after purchasing a house worth €400,000 despite having no stable job.
In a video shared on TikTok, the man detailed the circumstances surrounding the arrest.
He revealed that the Nigerian man moved to Italy in 2016 but had only worked for eight months since his arrival.
Despite his limited employment history, he managed to acquire a house, raising suspicions.
Following the purchase, authorities apprehended him and launched an investigation. When questioned, he claimed the money came from his job.
However, after reviewing his records, the police discovered he had only been employed for eight months since 2016.
Further investigations revealed that he was involved in internet fraud, commonly known as “Yahoo.”
The narrator stated: “He arrived in Italy in 2016, and after checking his employment records, authorities found that he had only worked for eight months.”
“He was arrested after buying a house worth €400,000. During interrogation, he insisted the money came from his job, but further checks exposed his fraudulent activities.”
