A Nigerian man applying for a UK visitor visa faced scrutiny at the embassy when he couldn’t provide accurate answers about the documents he submitted. It was revealed that some of the documents were fake.
For instance, the man claimed he was visiting his cousin in the UK, but when asked how many children his cousin has, he gave an inconsistent answer, saying two, while the documents he submitted stated one. Additionally, he couldn’t give appropriate answers regarding the place of registration on the child’s birth certificate, yet he insisted that his documents were genuine. He also submitted a suspicious copy of his sponsor’s passport, further raising doubts about his application.
This situation highlights why some Nigerians face visa denials. If you’re planning to travel, ensure your documents are accurate and genuine to avoid rejection. Cutting corners is not worth the risk.
