Kachollom Daju, the permanent secretary of the federal ministry of labor and employment, has been given the go-ahead to transfer to the federal ministry of health with immediate effect by President Bola Tinubu.
She succeeds Engr. Funsho Adebiyi, the Permanent Secretary of Health, who has been transferred to the Aso Villa State House.
During her 15 months as the permanent secretary of labor and employment, Daju made a lot of changes thanks to her strong leadership, perseverance, and attention to detail.
She distinguished herself as one of the outstanding Permanent Secretaries to have worked in the Ministry due to her excellent work ethic and remarkable leadership abilities.
She has mediated a labor dispute between the government and the unions, maintaining peace at work.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment’s management and staff wished her luck in her new position, according to a statement made by Olajide Oshundun, the director of press and public relations for the ministry.
Juliana Adebambo (Mrs), Director, Productivity Measurement and Labour Standards Department, will be in charge of the office of the Permanent Secretary, Labour and Employment, in the interim, until the deployment of a permanent Permanent Secretary.
