One funny law has just recently been made in my office to the effect that, all your casual leave will be deducted from
your annual leave, now the impression i have gathered about the casual
leave issue is that the Nigerian Labour Law states that you are entitled
to five days of casual leave exclusive of your leave in a year.
Does anyone out there have an idea of what the law states on what the
general standard should be about issues like this, as i would really
like to take this up with the overzealous hr in my office always trying
to impresss the whiteys with so called “innovation.”
