AC Milan is prepared to make a move for Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori this winter as the Serie A outfit is prepared to push for a permanent move for the England international.
The defender is available for loan and AC Milan is keen on a move for the young defender but Chelsea is willing to entertain a loan deal as manager Frank Lampard is not ready to let the centre defender leave on a permanent basis.

Sky Italia says Milan wish to include a permanent option in the loan agreement.
AC Milan would be prepared to settle on a €30m fee for Tomori in a bid to test Chelsea stance on the deal for the defender.
