Singer Ric Hassani has revealed that he lost his father a week ago, Igbere TV reports.
The 32-year-old revealed this in a tweet on Friday.
He said his dad was a great man and he learnt a lot from him.
“A week ago today, I lost my Dad. He was a great man, a very good person. I learnt so much from him, and he is my Angel now. Rest in Peace Daddy, ‘K.K’ loves you,” he wrote.
In another post he said,
“People like your song Dad, I knew your vocals on it will be good. Wish you were here, just one more week. But God knows best.”
Ric featured his dad in the song ‘Korede’.
‘Korede’ is the 17th track of his The Prince I Became.
The Prince I Became was released on Friday with 17 songs in it.
