Unions are a permanent fixture in both the system and our daily lives. Unions exist to fight for and uphold a stable environment so that they can be in control of their members’ welfare. If someone claims for any reason that unions are more likely to have strikes, it’s either because they are a self-serving individual or because they don’t know enough about what we do or the history and current state of the system. As previously said, unions exist even in the most developed nations. Anyone who wishes to mention anything positive will advise going to the US, France, or the UK.
Unions have long been present in those nations, ensuring that its members receive fair treatment when it comes to welfare benefits from employers or management as well as other union-sponsored initiatives like cooperatives and other programs.
Strikes are normally authorized by law and are considered legal actions. It complies with the legislation of the International Labour Organization. Therefore, a union’s decision to go on strike does not imply that they are disobeying the law. The only issue is that going on strike has specific steps and procedures.
Since it isn’t usually the case, I won’t agree with that. Just so you know, education is a social function. Thus, inadequate funding from education providers is causing the standard of education to decline. You don’t expect to reap any miracles when you improperly fund a system like education. The reason the education system was deemed adequate was due to enough funding. That was the time when employees, including teachers, received sufficient training, lecturers were paid well and had high moral standards, equipment was readily available, electricity was abundant, and our libraries were well stocked with relevant books and periodicals.
