Manchester United are set to raise their bid for Patrick Dorgu to €37-38 million in an effort to finalize the transfer of the 20-year-old left wingback this week. Lecce currently value Dorgu at €40 million and have previously rejected United’s offers of £23 million and £28 million. Despite this, United remain optimistic that the increased offer will seal the deal, having already reached a preliminary agreement on a five-year contract with the player. Meanwhile, Lecce are reportedly preparing for Dorgu’s departure, with Danilo Veiga of Portuguese side Estrela Amadora lined up as his replacement.
